Payment & Postage

PAYMENT - All payments are due at time of placing order and orders will not be posted until funds have cleared. Upon making a purchase using our online system your payment will be automatically charged through Paypal. They take credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and you no not need to have PayPal account.

POSTAGE - We offer a mail order postage service to all areas of the UK in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Prices stated are per order - First Class £1.00* - Recorded Delivery £3.00** - Special Delivery £7.95.

DELIVERY - All cards are sent in cello bags for protection. For small orders we use a board backed envelope but where your order exceeds the envelope limit, your order may arrive in a variety of packaging as we reuse boxes and packging where possible in order to help the environment, and also keep cost down for you. Orders will be despatched to the delivery address specified in your customer account details.

Greetings Cards - We aim to send out within 1 to 2 working days
Wedding Stationery - We aim to send out within 7 to 10 wording days
Custom Designs - We will give you an estimated time once we know your requirement

If you require your order sooner, please contact us before ordering to see if this is viable for us to do so. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please let us know and we will sort out the problem.

RETURNS - Due to the handmade nature of these cards, returns and refunds are not accepted. If ordering cards with personalisation, please ensure that you send us the correct details at time of ordering. If a mistake was made by us on 'personalised' cards, then a replacement or refund will be sent.

*The maximum order value for Royal Mail First Class delivery is £20.00. If your order exceeds this amount, it can only be sent by Recorded or Special Delivery.

**If your order exceeds £46 it will automatically be sent by Special Delivery to ensure it is tracked and insured
