Our Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed on this website and also those made to us over the telephone, face-to-face or written. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as purchasing means that you agree to them.

Sister Act Cards trades under Fidz Design, 9 Ensign Way, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 9FP. These Terms and Conditions govern the products sold on Sister Act Cards website (the seller) to the customer (the purchaser) named on the customer account details provided on the Sister Act Cards website.

Creation - Every greeting card and invitation is individually produced and therefore there may be slight variation on each design. All materials will be chosen from stock and may vary slightly if the material shown in the card image is not available at that time. Colours may vary in print to how they appear on your computer screen Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years.

Online Payment - You can purchase products using the online shopping cart and payment service is provided by PayPal. All payments are due at time of placing order and orders will not be posted until funds have cleared. Upon making a purchase using our online system your payment will be automatically redirected to Paypal. They take credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). A PayPal account is not required.

Prices - The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds. The price payable for good you order is as set out on our web shop at the time you place your order. All prices include VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

Delivery - Delivery time depends on the product and quantity selected. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. There is the option to select Recorded or Special Next Day delivery during checkout. If your goods do not arrive in estimated time, please contact us and we will investigate.

General - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights. When placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
